A home watch service offers peace of mind and risk mitigation. It is not a question of IF, but a question of WHEN an issue will arise in your absence. Frequent inspections will greatly reduce the damage and expense to your investment.
Whether you are a snowbird, own a second home, have a vacation property, or live in Florida full-time but travel frequently, we want to be your trusted neighbor for you and your Florida property in your absence.
KEY HOLDER SERvices
We will take that 2:00 AM phone call. We are never too busy to respond and we are always in town and available.

Vendor Management
We monitor work being done on your home.
For planned or unplanned events, a member of our team will open up your home for the vendor/contractor doing the work for you, and we will help you oversee the project. Photos and written summaries of our interactions and updates on project completeness will be provided to you.
We will treat your home like our home, helping you get the information you need to make the right decisions throughout the entire process.
If you have a contractor in mind, we will coordinate with them. If you want us to recommend one for you to interview, we will only introduce you to contractors that are licensed, bonded and insured.
Pre and Post Storm Services
Hurricane season in Florida is stressful.
We provide services that focus on the challenges of home ownership during the hurricane season. We know what it is like to be hundreds of miles away during a storm, and our goal is to give you peace of mind.
We offer pre and post storm services throughout Manatee County, Florida. Before storm season we go through all the essentials to make sure your home is ready. This includes preparing the exterior and interior of your home, and is a customized service based on individual needs.
Further, once a storm has passed, as soon as safely possible, we will get to your home and perform an initial visual inspection of both the exterior and interior, followed by a more comprehensive report and pictures (this is not the same as a typical home watch inspection). In the event of damage, we will take additional steps to mitigate further damage, and rest assured we will be there with the contractors you choose as they restore your home.
As Floridians, we know the cost, stress, and time associated with preparing for a storm, and dealing with the aftermath. Therefore, we offer limited client capacity to ensure the utmost attention to your home.
Maintenance
Light maintenance work.
Smoke detectors need batteries, burnt-out light bulbs and filters need changing.
Our staff can take care of these issues, and more.
In the event a more specialized contractor is required we will advise you so you can let us know how you would like to proceed.
